does anyone know how 2 skin avalaunch

is there anyone who knows how to skin the avalaunch program on the xbox
not just the bootimage and the background (that's easy), but everything !!
i know there is a skin designer program for Evo-x but i can't find one for
Avalaunch.....any help would be appreciated......thx
